In order to help you get the best service for your business, Pakawaste Service Agreements have been divided into three distinct service areas;
The Preventative Maintenance Agreement is Pakawaste’s entry level maintenance programme consisting of equally spaced visits per annum by one of our trained service engineers.
The engineer will carry out a comprehensive preventative maintenance service in accordance with the Pakawaste maintenance checklist, which covers all aspects of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, oil/grease and operational maintenance. All works are scheduled within a designated month.
This routine does not cover equipment breakdown calls between service visits and additional charges will be incurred for any parts, hydraulic oil and filters required.
The All-Inclusive Maintenance Agreement combines routine maintenance and breakdown cover into one inclusive ‘trouble free’ package.
It encompasses all UK breakdown call outs Monday to Friday within normal business hours (8am to 5pm); Pakawaste undertake to respond to all breakdown calls within 24 hours. In addition you will receive designated preventative maintenance visits per annum carried out by our own fully trained engineers and covering all aspects of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, oil/grease and operational maintenance.
This agreement also has the added benefit of including all machine component parts.
Additional charges will be incurred for consumables such as oil, filters and wear pads; the service also excludes misuse and abuse, operator error, fire and vandalism.
Pakawaste’s 30 strong team of engineers are strategically deployed throughout the UK facilitating a quick responsive service. All Pakawaste engineers carry a full complement of tools and commonly used component parts to ensure that breakdowns are repaired immediately, when and wherever possible. In the unlikely event that a machine cannot be repaired by the attending engineer due to part requirements, Pakawaste can supply all own label parts and have a network of suppliers available to respond to demands for third party parts.
24hr Response Support Cover can be adapted to supply around the clock 24hr Critical Response Cover should your business have a specific requirement; this provides call out cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for specified locations and equipment.
Pakawaste understand that different markets and businesses need different breakdown cover; ‘standard’ contracts don’t always meet your specific requirements.
UK wide 24hr Response Support Cover service caters for this. It provides a network of engineers, available throughout the UK and two simple stages of contract.
Full 24hr Response Support Cover, provides for breakdown response Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm, which serves the vast majority of our customers requirements.
Where business practices and objectives demand, Pakawaste are able to adapt this service to encompass critical cover providing 24/7 access to our engineers. Out of hours emergency calls are directed to our nearest available standby engineer ensuring a speedy response.
